Terms and Conditions of Cooperation

Price levels
On registering, each partner obtains an access to the system where current wholesale net-prices prices are presented in Euro. Under the provisions of Civil Code, the System Prices are for information only and are not considered the offer prices. If, after accepting an offer, any prices differ from those indicated in the system, you will be immediately notified during the order confirmation process.
Complaints procedure
Goods can be returned only in exceptional cases and only with the express consent of the Seller. Due to the charge back limitations, the Seller grants the permanent discount of 1%, which is already included in the B2B Seller System.
Financial Conditions
Partners with no credit limitations will only pay by confirmed transfers - delivery will be made as soon as the transfer is credited into Tempish Co. bank account.
